• Collaborate in the selection and interviewing of technical-level candidates within the framework of short-term job specification.
• Collaborate in the hiring of passive candidates, evaluating their local experience and short-term career potential to meet specific client needs, including temporary and contract staffing requests.
• Maintains tracking systems and communicates recruitment metrics for KPI measurement with identified stakeholders.
• Support the analysis of the effectiveness of different recruitment channels and adjust approaches as appropriate to attract technical-level candidates.
• Use various recruitment methods, such as job portals, social networks, and direct contact, to identify technical-level candidates with a limited online presence.
• Develop relationships with technical-level candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Effectively communicate the operational job opportunity and the value proposition for the client to technical-level candidates. Level Description
