Commercial Senior Manager Healthcare

Reporting to the Head of Medical Affairs Iberia, ensures the training of the different groups within the Spanish subsidiary, aimed at achieving quality and effective interaction with its stakeholders based on business objectives and contact channels.

• Designing, proposing, and implementing the technical and soft skills training strategy and plans for the different groups within the Spanish affiliate, in line with the business strategies of the different functions, compliance, and available budget.
• Determining the expected contribution at the workplace as a result of the training project or action and implementing KPIs for its monitoring.
• Ensuring the updating of training content and materials for the product portfolio, both at a clinical, pharmacotherapeutic, and pharmacoeconomic level, recommending the most agile and effective formats and channels.
• Identifying innovative training products and a supplier portfolio that allow for the high-quality execution of training plans and accelerate team training.
• Ensuring the ongoing training of the different groups in line with the evolution and needs of each Business Unit and team.
• Coordinating training suppliers and auditing the execution of actions.
• Delivering training - if necessary - on products, processes, compliance, and commercial skills.
• Implementing KPIs that allow for diagnostics, measuring the impact of training, and adjusting action plans.
• Maintaining close and ongoing contact with the different functions and teams to identify training and development needs, both cross-functional and ad hoc for each team.
• Maximizing synergies with Global Training, Global Compliance, and Human Resources, optimizing available resources (content, platforms, projects, etc.).
• Collaborating with HR in the design and implementation of development roadmaps for each position.
• Promoting benchmarks with other companies in the sector, following market trends, developing strategic networking with suppliers... in order to anticipate medium-term training needs as well as the most suitable training channels.

Bachelor's degree; a degree in Health Sciences will be valued.

• Previous experience in Competency Assessment and Development.

Reportando al Head of Medical Affairs Iberia, asegura la capacitación de los diferentes colectivos de la Filial de España, encaminada a realizar una interacción de calidad y efectiva con sus stakeholders en función de los objetivos de negocio y canales de contacto.

• Diseñar, proponer e implementar la estrategia y planes de formación técnica y de habilidades para los diferentes colectivos de la Filial de España en línea con las estrategias de negocio de las diferentes funciones, compliance y presupuesto disponible.
• Determinar la contribución esperada en el puesto de trabajo como resultado del proyecto o acción formativa e implementar KPI's para su seguimiento.
• Asegurar la actualización de contenidos y materiales formativos del portfolio de productos tanto a nivel clínico, farmacoterapéutico como farmacoeconómico recomendando los formatos y canales más ágiles y eficaces.
• Identificar productos formativos innovadores y cartera de proveedores que permitan ejecutar con calidad los planes de formación y acelerar la capacitación de los equipos.
• Asegurar la formación continuada de los diferentes colectivos en línea con la evolución y necesidades de cada Business Unit y equipos.
• Coordinar a los proveedores de formación y auditar el desarrollo de las acciones.
• Impartir formación -si es necesario- sobre producto, procesos clave, compliance y habilidades comerciales.
• Implementar KPI's que permitan efectuar diagnósticos, medir el impacto de las formaciones y ajustar los planes de acción.
• Mantener contacto estrecho y continuado con las diferentes funciones y equipos para identificar necesidades y oportunidades de formación y desarrollo, transversales y ad hoc para cada equipo.
• Maximizar sinergias con Global Training, Global Compliance y Recursos Humanos optimizando los recursos disponibles (contenidos, plataformas, proyectos,...).
• Colaborar con RRHH en el diseño e implantación de road-maps de desarrollo para cada posición.
• Promover benchmarks con otras compañías del sector, siguiendo las tendencias del mercado, desarrollando networking estratégico con proveedores... con el fin de anticipar las necesidades de capacitación a medio plazo así como los canales de formación más adecuados.

Licenciatura, se valorará Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Salud
