🎯 ABOUT INTERNSHIPS AT ALSEA

You will be part of the Alsea team, participating in the day-to-day operations of the area and supporting various projects. You will have the opportunity to learn from the inside how an international company works and contribute ideas from day one.

During your internship, you will support the team in functions such as:

• Management and control of payment methods: you will collaborate in monitoring collections via card, cash, deposit cards, meal vouchers, and other means, helping to keep the necessary information updated for correct reconciliation.

• Support in incidents and claims: you will participate in the management and resolution of incidents related to card collections, contributing to providing an agile and appropriate response.

• Management of devices and merchants: you will support the request and follow-up of collection devices for new openings, as well as the registration of proprietary and franchised virtual merchants (APP) and the updating of information in CRM.

• Monitoring of cash closures: you will collaborate in the review of the closures accounted for daily by the stores and in the necessary adjustments to contribute to a correct reporting of information to the SII.

• Participation in improvement projects: you will have the opportunity to collaborate on area projects aimed at optimizing internal processes, also participating in functional validation tests before their implementation.

• Team support and updating of procedures: you will collaborate in communicating changes to procedures, resolving doubts, and updating the information necessary to maintain homogeneous criteria within the area.

• Support in audits: you will help in the preparation and collection of documentation for internal and external audits, providing support to the team during the process.

• Maintenance and updating of information: you will collaborate in updating the different files and databases of the area—merchants, unit funds, income systems, among others—to facilitate agile and reliable information management.
  
  This internship will allow you to have a very complete vision of how a treasury area works on a day-to-day basis, working with payment methods, reconciliations, cash closures, financial entities, audits, internal processes, and management tools, and understanding how all of this directly impacts the functioning of the business.
