Payroll Technician

At Alsea, we are immersed in ensuring our company increasingly has a global character, that the processes governing our company are the same in any of the countries in which we operate; therefore, it is essential that our ERPs are aligned and that we achieve increasingly global and unified workflows. For this reason, our Information Technology department is looking for three new profiles to allow us to homogenize the workflows of different strategic areas in SAP, managing various projects.

We are currently looking for a person whose main mission will be the execution of Personnel Administration, Payroll, and Social Security processes

Among their main functions, the following stand out:

• Preparation of contracts, extensions and conversions, and SEPE communication.

• Social Security affiliations (Siltra, Sistema Red).

• Loading payroll incidents, checks, payments and closings, for multi-convention companies with a high volume of employees.

• Preparation of Severance Pay.

• Management of Loans, Advances, and Judicial Seizures.

• Management of absenteeism, dealings with Official Bodies, management of

• Unemployment certificates.

• Support and Customer Service.

• Higher Vocational Training degree associated with the functions

• 1 year of experience is valued

• Knowledge of SAP HR is valued

• Intermediate Excel level
