Management Control Manager - Starbucks

- Participate in the preparation of the brand's strategic plan and lead the budgeting and financial forecasting processes (budget and forecast), ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Supervise and analyze financial closings, ensuring the correct accounting of income, expenses, and marketing funds, as well as the reliability of information for decision-making.

- Perform the monitoring and analysis of the main management and financial performance indicators (sales, EBITDA, productivity, turnover, etc.), identifying deviations and proposing corrective action plans.

- Evaluate the profitability and impact of commercial initiatives and marketing campaigns, supporting decision-making related to products, prices, and promotional strategies.

- Prepare economic analyses and financial models for openings, renovations, acquisitions, and other investments, providing recommendations that facilitate strategic decision-making.

- Provide financial support to the business through sales and resource planning, the validation of variable incentive schemes, and the representation of the company in legal proceedings that require economic-financial information.

For this reason, our Information Technology department is looking for three new profiles to allow us to homogenize the workflows of different strategic areas in SAP, managing various projects.

We are currently looking for a person with experience as a management control manager whose main mission will be to project, evaluate, and control the management indicators of the Starbucks Iberia Brand with the objective of identifying deviations with respect to the budget and offering information to Management for their tactical and strategic decision-making.

Education level and specialty: University degree, preferably in Economic Sciences: Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Engineering

Minimum Experience required: At least 5-6 years of experience in the area

Other specific knowledge: High knowledge of Microsoft tools: Excel
