Design and Drafting Technician

⭐ WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Higher Technician in Building Projects (Higher Level Vocational Training) or Interior Architect.

1-2 years in an architecture studio and 1 year in the retail and/or catering sector.

Tool proficiency: Autocad 2d-3d, Photoshop, Indesign, Office suite

Knowledge of interior design, urban planning regulations, CTE...

Valuable: Knowledge of materials, construction suppliers, and design trends.

🎯 ABOUT THE DESIGN AND DRAFTING TECHNICIAN ROLE

We are currently looking for a person with experience as a drafter whose main mission will be the development of technical implementations for new openings and remodelling (company-owned and franchised) for the assigned Brands of Alsea Iberia, gathering the established technical, image, operational, and economic specifications, while ensuring compliance with local urban planning regulations to ensure the company's growth and fulfill the expansion plan.

1. Technical implementation of new premises (company-owned and franchises), projecting in the system the guidelines established by the Brand, the Company, and legislation in order to verify that they meet the minimum requirements for their opening.

2. Preparation of plans for total or partial renovations, special projects, facades, technical requirements... of existing premises, taking into account the standards of each Brand according to the available investment, with the objective of improving the image and/or operation of the premises and contributing to the achievement of its economic objectives.

3. Review of the Brands' image manuals, incorporating updates in image, equipment, elements, and material references as they occur in order to always have the latest updated version available.

4. Modification of the plans for the standard units of each Brand (internal areas, kitchens, bars, dining room, terraces, etc.), incorporating new equipment, new kitchen typologies, bars, furniture, etc., to minimize execution errors due to possible changes.

5. Preparation of plans for new and existing terraces, providing guidelines for their correct execution according to the Brand image and compliance with local regulations, to avoid sanctions.

6. Creation of photorealistic images that help the business visualize the final impact of the project and offer guidelines to site managers for its correct execution.

7. Develop and facilitate the technical documentation that the different departments (maintenance, security, administration, etc.) need for the implementation and correct execution of their functions, both in new opening units and in open units.

8. Execution of decorative projects for Franchisee renovations according to the guidelines of each brand's image manual, detailing the decorative and equipment elements necessary to ensure their correct execution on-site.
