Requirements

What we're looking for

C1 English.
Previous experience as a Team Leader in software development teams.
Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodology.
Experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating teams and Scrum ceremonies.
Experience as a Product Owner, managing/prioritizing the backlog and working with stakeholders.
Ability to combine management, product, and technology vision.
Knowledge or experience in Java, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
Organizational, prioritization, and management skills for multiple interlocutors.
Experience with Agile management tools such as Jira / GitHub Projects / Confluence.

Nice to have

Previous experience in projects for European bodies, European institutions, or large international organizations.
Experience in high-availability technological environments and/or distributed and scalable systems.
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and Cloud.
PSM, CSM, PSPO, CSPO, or equivalent certification.
Previous experience leading medium/large technical teams.

The role

We continue to grow and are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join a project with a major European-level client.

What you'll do

Lead and coordinate a development team in an Agile / Scrum environment.
Act as Scrum Master, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and helping the team eliminate impediments.
Act as Product Owner, managing and prioritizing the backlog and working with stakeholders to define and clarify requirements.
Serve as the main point of contact between the technical team, stakeholders, and the client.
Coordinate the planning, monitoring, and delivery of the different project initiatives.
Ensure fluid communication within the team and with stakeholders.
Participate in the definition of requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and incidents.
Promote Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and team autonomy.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams in a technological environment based mainly on Java, Docker, and Kubernetes.
