What we're looking for

You'll thrive here if:

• You're energized by building and scaling, comfortable wearing multiple hats.

• You have a proven track record owning the full sales cycle — from cold outreach to closing and growing accounts. This is indispensable.

• You're a strong negotiator who can structure non-standard, tailored deals while keeping a sharp eye on profitability.

• You build strong relationships with customers and internal teams alike.

• You can find the best solution for a customer — even when it doesn't exist yet.

• You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. You don't follow the playbook — you write it.

• You shift naturally between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account acquisition in a hunter/new business role.

- Proven track record of owning the full sales cycle — from self-prospecting to negotiation and closing.

- Experience building and managing a commercial pipeline independently.

- Basic understanding of the logistics, shipping, or carrier industry.

- Fluent Spanish (native or C2) and professional English.

Nice to have

- Experience selling logistics, shipping, or supply chain services (carrier, 3PL, or freight).

- Track record of structuring non-standard, bespoke commercial deals with P&L ownership.

- Experience working in a startup or early-stage business environment within a larger organization.

- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and data-driven pipeline management.

- Experience influencing cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Tech) without direct authority.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

• Startup autonomy backed by Amazon's scale.

• Influence on product direction based on what you hear from the market.

• Career growth in a business still defining its trajectory, with direct exposure to senior leadership.

• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Operations, Finance, and more.

The role

Amazon Shipping Spain is just three years old — still a young, fast-moving organization with a startup mentality. You won't join a fully built machine but you'll help shape what it becomes.

You'll own the full sales cycle: building pipeline, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. There's no standard pricing playbook here — every deal is personalized. You'll design custom commercial proposals tailored to each customer's needs, negotiate complex agreements, and own the P&L impact of every deal you close.

What you'll do

Key job responsibilities

• Business development: Proactively hunt for new customers — self-prospect, identify targets, and bring them to Amazon Shipping. Acquire new package volume, ensure strong conversion rates, and do it all with profitability in mind.

• Customer relationship management: Establish and maintain top-level relationships with potential strategic customers who don't know Amazon Shipping yet.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Operations, Product, and Tech leaders to manage the program and build a product that fits customer needs. This includes listening to customers, building new proposals, and influencing stakeholder teams.

• Dive deep: Measure performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and lead the wider team to address them.
