The role
Our maintenance and reliability engineering team is a key part of Amazon's commitment to innovation. On each shift, you will lead a team, ensuring all members have the necessary materials and that everything works perfectly. Based on what you observe during your shifts, you will propose improvements aimed at increasing the efficiency and productivity of our systems and, later, implement those changes across all our EU sites.
