Helpdesk Administrator/VA

- Training in Administration and Finance or similar.
- Minimum of one year of previous experience in administrative tasks.

- Basic knowledge of programming language. Knowledge of EDI platforms will be a plus.

We want to incorporate a Helpdesk Administrator to manage and resolve incidents arising in EDI communication, guaranteeing the correct transmission and validation of information between Ametller Origen and its suppliers. This position plays a key role in reducing manual effort in error correction and in the optimization of EDI processes.

- You will manage the EDI connection process with suppliers, including GLN administration and electronic mailbox management.

- You will register new users on the ComediCloud platform and assign them the corresponding functionalities.

- You will supervise and correct errors in EDI messages (DESADV and INVOICE), as well as manage other messages such as ORDER and future DESADV or INVOICE.

- You will review and update the documentation and processes related to Casa Ametller guides, guaranteeing the correct communication of changes to suppliers.

- You will manage incidents in collaboration with Ediversa's technical support to ensure the operational continuity of the EDI system.

- You will contact suppliers presenting errors in EDI communication, provide detailed information about the detected incidents, and follow up to guarantee their resolution.

- You will manage the onboarding and approval process of new suppliers in the EDI system, including registration and the coordination of technical tests.

- You will assume and carry out the missions considered necessary for the area, in order to guarantee correct functioning, while participating in the training and improvement actions necessary to professionalize my task and that of the Group.
