What will your mission be at Ametller Origen?

Manage your store by offering the best service and product to the customer while leading your team to train them and help them grow as fresh produce professionals.

• You will take care of and develop the staff, ensuring their growth

• You will convey and focus the team on the company's pillars and strategies to achieve the established objectives.

• You will carry out commercial analyses, identifying areas for improvement to enhance the results and goals of your store.

• You will train and provide tools to the team so they can become autonomous.

What will make you succeed in this position?

• Your experience in team management will be essential to lead and support your team.

• Experience in full management of a business/store to conduct commercial analyses based on the company's strategic pillars.

• Being a restless and challenge-driven person, accustomed to working with sales targets and KPIs.

• Being a resourceful person capable of managing a point of sale comprehensively

• Being willing to travel across the Costa Brava area to support stores in the region. (Own vehicle)

• Job stability: We offer a permanent contract (6-month probation period) with a fixed monthly salary and a very attractive incentive program every four months. Additionally, we will reward your ability to generate talent in your store with significant bonuses.

What will the selection process be like?

1) In the first phase, you will have an interview with HR where we will explain our project, the duties to be performed, and the conditions we can offer you.

2) In the second phase, you will have an interview with the area manager and retail director, i.e., your direct supervisor, to get to know them and clarify any doubts.

3) If you are ultimately the selected candidate, we have an integration plan in place for the role, with support and training from different specialists, where you will learn how to develop your role and we will give you the tools to make it possible.

• La teva experiència en gestió d'equips serà fonamental per poder liderar i acompanyar al teu equip.

• Experiència en gestió íntegra d'un negoci/botiga per tal de poder fer anàlisis comercials en funció dels eixos estratègics de la companyia.

• Ser una persona inconformista i reptadora, habituada a treballar amb objectius de vendes i KPIS.

• Que siguis una persona resolutiva per poder gestionar de forma integral un punt de venda

• Tenir disponibilitat de desplaçament per la Costa Brava, per donar suport a les botigues de la zona. ( Vehicle propi)

Com serà el procés de selecció?

1) En la primera fase, faràs una entrevista amb RRHH on t'explicarem el nostre projecte, les funcions a desenvolupar i les condicions que et podem oferir.

2) En la segona fase faràs una entrevista amb el gerent de zon i director de Retail, és a dir, el teu responsable directe per conèixer-lo i poder aclarir els teus dubtes.

3) Si finalment ets la persona seleccionada, tenim establert un pla d'integració en l'ofici amb l'acompanyament i formació de diferents especialistes coneixeràs com desenvolupar el teu rol i et donarem eines per fer-ho possible.
