- Job stability: We offer a permanent contract (with a 6-month trial period) with a fixed monthly salary and a very attractive incentive program every four months. In addition, we will reward your ability to develop talent in your store with significant bonuses.

What will the selection process be like?

1) In the first phase, you will have an interview with HR where we will explain our project, the duties to be performed, and the conditions we can offer you.

2) In the second phase, you will have an interview with the zone manager, that is, your direct supervisor, to clarify any doubts you may have.

3) In the third phase, you will have the final interview with the retail director.

Com serà el procés de selecció?

1) En la primera fase, faràs una entrevista amb RRHH on t'explicarem el nostre projecte, les funcions a desenvolupar i les condicions que et podem oferir.

2) En la segona fase faràs una entrevista amb el gerent de zona, és a dir, el teu responsable directe per conèixer-lo i poder aclarir els teus dubtes.

3) En la tercera fase faràs l'entrevista final amb el director de Retail.
