Requirements
What we're looking for
At least 3 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of water treatment plants, coordinating small teams, distributing tasks and organizing shifts, resolving operational incidents and equipment maintenance. Availability to attend to incidents.
Vocational Training (FP) at Middle or Higher Grade in Water Treatment, Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electricity or similar.
Specific knowledge in: Water treatment processes and control of their main parameters, operation and maintenance of pumps, valves, dosing systems, instrumentation and electromechanical equipment, interpretation of electrical diagrams, plans and technical manuals, use of supervision and control systems —SCADA— and operation and maintenance recording tools, sampling, basic analysis and interpretation of results, as well as safety procedures for chemical products, equipment consignment and high-risk work.
Nice to have
Valuable additional training in water treatment plant operation and occupational risk prevention.

The role
At Ananda Gestión ETT, we are looking for a Team Leader in a water treatment plant in Córdoba.
What you'll do
- Organize and coordinate the team
- Distribute tasks among the four operators and establish priorities.
- Organize shifts, handovers and coverage according to service needs.
- Supervise the work performed and train personnel in plant procedures.
- Supervise plant operation
- Control the functioning of the different treatment stages.
- Review flows, levels, dosages, alarms and other operating parameters.
- Adjust operating conditions within established limits and coordinate the response to deviations.
- Coordinate and execute maintenance
- Plan and supervise the preventive maintenance tasks assigned to the team.
- Attend to breakdowns and participate in maintenance work within their qualification.
- Coordinate the interventions of specialized personnel or external companies and check equipment functioning after repair.
- Ensure safety and environmental compliance
- Check that work is carried out in accordance with safety procedures and with the appropriate protective equipment.
- Supervise the handling and storage of chemical products and the management of waste and sludge.
- Verify, within their duties, the conditions and authorizations necessary for high-risk work.
- Manage materials and consumables
- Control stocks of reagents, consumables, tools and spare parts. - Request replenishments and detect anomalous consumption.
- Propose improvements to reduce the consumption of water, energy and chemical products.
- Record activity and communicate incidents
- Review operation, maintenance and handover reports.
- Keep records and work orders up to date.
- Inform the plant manager about breakdowns, resource needs and service evolution.
