Requirements

What we're looking for

Education (Mandatory): University technical degree (Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering / Public Works). Due to public tender requirements, the degree must be officially recognized/homologated in Spain.

Experience: Solid, demonstrable experience as a Site Manager in construction or renovation projects.

Key Skills: Excellent ability to liaise directly with the Public Administration.

Strong leadership skills.

What you'll do

Comprehensive Project Management: You will initially lead 2 new projects (valued at ~€800,000) involving construction, renovation (retail, sports centers), and installations (HVAC and electrical).

Liaison with the Administration: You will be the main point of contact and direct negotiation with the Public Administration in the southern area.

Team Building and Leadership: You will have the challenge and autonomy to select, assemble, and coordinate your own operational team (Production Managers/Assistants and/or Foremen).

Business Vision: Drive the growth and consolidation of the company in the province of Córdoba.
