We are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate projects in the Residential Building sector in the Málaga area.

Technician with more than 5 years of experience as a Project Manager

What you'll do

The person selected for the position of Building Project Manager within the Important Developer will perform the following functions:

Direct/coordinate the contractors awarded the works.
Supervise safety and control construction expenses.
Supervise project quality to ensure the satisfaction of established objectives.
Coordinate and plan the work to be carried out by the main companies and subcontractors.
Attend weekly site management meetings.
Maintain communication with key clients.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Valuation and analysis of new investments.
