The role

At Aqualia, we want to hire an Administrative Assistant for the Purchasing department.

What you'll do

Supporting the department in administrative and management tasks.
Handling supplier communications.
Managing the supplier approval process.
Using the relevant computer applications to carry out their duties.
Coordinating with other areas/departments.

Requirements

Required Education: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training Certificate in Administration.

Required Experience: 1 year of experience.

Required Specific Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. SharePoint.

Valuable Specific Skills: SAP.

Languages: English C1.
