Requirements

What we're looking for

•Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Hotel Manager, preferably in hotel chains with a presence in different destinations. Previous experience as a Cluster Manager will be valued.

•Strong analytical capacity and business orientation, with experience in interpreting P&L statements, budgetary control, KPI analysis, and decision-making oriented towards efficiency and profitability.

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

• Complementary training in Hotel Management, MBA, or economic-financial management.

• Leadership capacity, initiative, business vision, and goal orientation.

• Proficiency in analysis tools, advanced Excel, and reporting.

• Experience in process optimization, cost control, and profitability improvement.

• Advanced level of English.

• Residence in Costa Blanca or availability to relocate.

At AR Hotels & Resorts, a hotel chain in a full phase of expansion and growth, we are looking to hire a Cluster Manager with a strong analytical orientation, business vision, and leadership capacity, who wants to continue evolving professionally in a dynamic project with a long-term future. Based in Calpe (Costa Blanca), the position requires the economic, budgetary, and strategic supervision of 3 4* hotels.

Lead the economic and strategic control of the 3 group establishments in the area, driving efficiency, resource optimization, and the continuous improvement of results.
