ArcelorMittal Sestao is looking for a Process Engineer to guarantee the optimization and reliability of processes, as well as product quality, in accordance with the safety, cost, and quality objectives defined in the Steelmaking plant.

What you'll do

  • Always act in accordance with Safety rules and standards and ensure their compliance by all Steelmaking personnel.

  • Stay informed of advances in research of new techniques and R&D developments.
  • Stay informed of the new capabilities of analysis and evaluation tools, improving indicators (Benchmarking).
  • Collaborate and facilitate information regarding ongoing projects, problem analysis, improvement opportunities, follow-ups.... with the management line.
  • Provide their assessment based on facts and data in coordination meetings with other Departments (Quality, New products, results...) Monthly Committees (Results, Quality,...). And handle demand as the technical interlocutor for the Dept.
