Requirements

What we're looking for

·Use of SAGE and/or A3NOM tools for payroll management and administrative processes.

·Residency in Barcelona or nearby areas.

·Immediate availability to start.

·Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, managing a volume of more than 250 monthly payrolls.

·Responsible and organized person, with the ability to work in a team, with rigor, autonomy, and attention to detail.

·Discretion and commitment to the confidentiality of personal and salary data.

·High level of Catalan.

Nice to have

·Specific training in Labor Relations, HR, Administration, and Finance.

·Knowledge of labor legislation, contracting, and collective agreements.

·Advanced handling of Excel and office tools.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

·Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Friday until 3:00 PM.

·Social benefits. 2 days of teleworking per week. Intensive working day in August and September. Meal vouchers, childcare vouchers, medical insurance, English classes within working hours.

·Immediate start through the agency and an indefinite contract from day one.

·Salary between €26,000-€28,000 gross per year (depending on collective agreement and experience).

·Salary review after 6 months of joining.

The role

From Areajob Spain ETT, we are looking to hire a Labor Technician for the Payroll and Contracting area in a company located in Barcelona.

What you'll do

·Comprehensive payroll management: Preparation, calculation, review, and monthly closing of payroll, ensuring the accuracy of salary concepts, supplements, variables, settlements, deductions, and withholdings.

·Personnel Administration: Management of registrations, terminations, contractual modifications, extensions, changes in working hours, monitoring of the labor calendar and vacations, changes in professional category, and other labor incidents.

·Social Security: Management of communications and procedures related to affiliation, contributions, and settlements, including the RED System and Social Security, and IRPF (Income Tax).

·Labor Contracting: Preparation and management of employment contracts, annexes, claims, and labor documentation.
