About the role

We are looking for a Labor Relations Technician with experience in comprehensive labor relations management and labor law for a company located in Barcelona.

What you'll do

Duties:

-Management of dismissals, coordination with lawyers, and preparation for court proceedings.-

-Processing of disciplinary warnings.

-Preparation and management for potential labor inspections.

-Liaison with unions and participation in collective bargaining.

-Resolution of labor incidents and direct communication with employees.

-Management of medical leave, monitoring of temporary disability, and return-to-work processes.

-Processing of workplace accidents and coordination with mutual insurance companies.

-Registrations, cancellations, and modifications with the Social Security system.

-Document management for access credentials (CAE).

-Advisory services on current labor legislation.

-Calculation of severance pay, final settlements, and vacation days.

-Preparation and monitoring of Equality Plans and workplace harassment protocols.

-Management of ISO regulations and certifications related to HR.
