Requirements

What we're looking for

-Training in Labor Relations, Law, Human Resources, or similar.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

-contract: 3 months via ETT and then incorporation into SIG

We are looking for a Labor Relations Technician with experience in the comprehensive management of labor relations and labor law for a company located in Barcelona.

What you'll do

Functions:

-Management of dismissals, coordination with lawyers, and preparation of trials.-

-Processing of disciplinary warnings.

-Preparation and management regarding possible labor inspections.

-Interlocution with unions and participation in collective bargaining.

-Resolution of labor incidents and direct communication with workers.

-Management of medical leaves, monitoring of IT (temporary incapacity), and reintegration processes.

-Processing of workplace accidents and coordination with mutual insurance companies.

-Registrations, cancellations, and modifications in Social Security.

-Documentary management of access (CAE).

-Advisory on current labor legislation.

-Calculation of indemnities, settlements, and vacations.

-Elaboration and monitoring of Equality Plans and workplace harassment protocols.

-Management of ISO regulations and certifications related to HR.
