At Atenzia, we are looking for a person to join our Telecare Home Visits team.

The selected person will be responsible for:

• Perform home visits to service users to manage registrations, as well as the installation and connection of telecare devices.
• Perform subsequent follow-up, guaranteeing the correct use of the service and the satisfaction of the service users.
• Manage the follow-up, control, and updating of the data and files of the service users.

Position to work full-time with an indefinite contract, working Monday to Friday in regular morning shifts, from 8:30 h to 16:30 h. 4 afternoons per month are worked from 13:00 h to 21:00 h. Additionally, 1 Saturday per month will be worked in a morning shift from 8:30 h to 16:30 h.
