What you'll do

  • Design, deliver and coordinate training in Occupational Risk Prevention (Art. 19) and the training required by the Metal Trade Collective Agreement (Vehicle repair workshops and Drivers/Carriers).
  • Ensure compliance with OHS regulations and carry out general and specific risk assessments.
  • Coordinate health surveillance and medical examinations, as well as the management of incidents and occupational accidents.
  • Prepare, update and implement safe working procedures, emergency plans and collaborate on self-protection plans.
  • Propose, implement and monitor preventive and corrective measures, including workplace adaptations for particularly sensitive staff.
  • Collaborate in the coordination of business activities (CBA) with suppliers and subcontractors, and provide support in the document management of the OHS area.
