🔎We are opening a stable vacancy as a Land Transport Administrator for our workplace in Lanzarote and we want you to be part of our team!

What you'll do

You will be part of the Transport and Logistics Area, where you will play a key role in daily operations, guaranteeing a safe, efficient, and high-quality service.

Among your main functions will be:

  • Generate waybills and documentation associated with transport.
  • Coordinate and distribute daily services, maintaining telephone and email communication with drivers, suppliers, and customers.
  • Generate delivery, rental, and equipment return orders in SAGE, including full, empty, or transshipment units.
  • Register diesel consumption in SAGE.
  • Generate and review purchase invoices.
  • Generate and send sales invoices, in coordination with the Administration department.
  • Prepare the overtime report.
  • Manage operational communication between TISA and Naviera Armas, including transshipments and requests.
