🔎We are opening a permanent position as a Passenger and Port Operations Agent for our workplace in La Palma and we want you to be part of our team!

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• To assist customers and provide information about destinations, schedules, fares, and services, offering quality customer service.
• To manage reservations, ticket sales and issuance, as well as the collection of payment for services contracted by customers.
• To manage the embarkation and disembarkation of passengers and vehicles, issuing and verifying tickets and boarding passes using the available devices.
• To control the loading capacities of the different ship holds and the license plates of vehicles to be embarked, ensuring proper access control and reporting any incidents or modifications to the corresponding office.
• To manage and supervise passenger and vehicle embarkation and disembarkation operations at the dock and terminal, providing assistance to those passengers who require it for their mobility.
• To review vehicle and passenger reservations to verify that the information entered into the system is correct.
• To monitor and coordinate traffic in the pre-boarding and boarding areas, facilitating the flow of trucks, cars, and passengers, and ensuring the safety of customers and equipment.
• To prepare and submit passenger lists to the relevant public authorities when required.
• To carry out the digitalization and document management necessary for the control of discounts and other administrative procedures requested by public administrations.
• To perform the daily cash closing and the necessary checks for the correct balancing of the general cash register.
• To perform the additional administrative and operational tasks inherent to the activity.
