The role
🔎We are opening a stable vacancy as a Talent Specialist for our workplace in Dénia and we want you to be part of our team!
What you'll do
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

What you'll do
La persona seleccionada se encargará de:
- Gestionar de forma integral los procesos de atracción y selección de talento, desde la definición del perfil con el área solicitante hasta la incorporación del candidato.
- Publicar ofertas de empleo y realizar búsqueda activa de candidatos a través de diferentes canales (portales de empleo, LinkedIn, bases de datos y networking).
- Realizar criba curricular, entrevistas telefónicas y entrevistas por competencias, evaluando la adecuación de los candidatos al perfil y a la cultura de la compañía.
- Coordinar con los responsables de área el avance de los procesos de selección, facilitando informes de evaluación y recomendaciones de candidatos.
- Garantizar una excelente experiencia del candidato durante todo el proceso de selección, asegurando una comunicación fluida y profesional.
- Colaborar en la gestión y seguimiento del sistema de evaluación del desempeño, apoyando en la coordinación de campañas y en el análisis de resultados.
- Participar en iniciativas de desarrollo del talento, como planes de desarrollo individual, programas de mentoring o identificación de talento interno.
- Elaborar y analizar indicadores y reportes de selección y talento, contribuyendo a la toma de decisiones del área mediante el análisis de datos.
- Colaborar en iniciativas de employer branding y atracción de talento, participando en ferias de empleo, eventos con universidades y otras acciones de posicionamiento de la compañía como empleador.
- Participar en proyectos estratégicos del área de Personas, contribuyendo a la mejora continua de los procesos de selección y gestión del talento, así como a la implantación de herramientas y nuevas iniciativas relacionadas con la gestión de personas.
