The Process Engineer will drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes by increasing productivity, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance through the development of standardized work practices, the strengthening of operator capabilities, and the implementation of process controls. This position leads process optimization initiatives, implements sustainable improvements, ensures compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, and acts as a key technical resource to support operational excellence and innovation throughout the plant.

• Identify process improvements to reduce waste, increase productivity, and develop the technical knowledge and expertise of operators.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support best practices and provide training to the relevant employees.
• Update process documentation and retrain teams when changes are implemented.
• Confirm and validate the understanding and application of SOPs by end users.
• Recognize and implement process improvement opportunities identified by others.
• Promote compliance with BRCGS and ISO standards and support the achievement of established requirements.
• Define workplace standards, process parameters, measurement methods, tools, and documentation requirements.
• Continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency, quality, and safety using structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and root cause analysis activities.
• Develop standardized work methods, training materials, and procedures to maintain implemented improvements.
• Collaborate with the Global PHC team on process innovation initiatives.
• Define capital expenditure (CapEx) requirements for process improvement projects.
• Establish escalation plans for processes that are out of control.
• Lead by example and provide technical support to colleagues.
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement throughout the plant.

Work environment: This position requires presence at our Llinars del Vallès facilities
