Hotel HR Technician

• Coordinate all activities of the Human Resources Department, integrating personnel administration, labor relations, recruitment, people development, and occupational risk prevention.
• Ensure that administrative processes for business personnel comply with current legislation (hiring, payroll, social security, taxes, etc.).
• Forecast and control the budget for assigned projects within their area of responsibility, as well as monitor and control it.
• Plan and distribute the actions necessary to achieve the objectives set by Area Management and HR Management, with dual reporting on their progress and key indicators.
• Act as the liaison between Human Resources Management and business units to ensure smooth communication between both parties, as well as optimization in daily management.

• Degree in Labor Relations, Law, or similar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role or 3 years in a similar role, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Advanced level of English.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to resolve issues.
• Ability to manage teams and make decisions.
• Initiative and proactivity.

• Coordinar todas las actividades del Departamento de Recursos Humanos, integrando la Administración de personal, Relaciones Laborales, Selección, Desarrollo de Personas y Prevención de riesgos laborales.
• Asegurará que los procesos administrativos para el personal del negocio cumplan con la legislación vigente (contratación, nóminas, seguros sociales, impuestos etc.).
• Preverá y controlará el presupuesto de los proyectos asignados en su área de responsabilidad, así como el seguimiento y el control del mismo.
• Planificará y distribuirá aquellas acciones necesarias para lograr los objetivos marcados por la Dirección de zona y por la Dirección de RRHH, con un doble reporte sobre su seguimiento y sus principales indicadores.
• Será el enlace entre la Dirección de Recursos Humanos y las unidades de negocio, para asegurar una comunicación fluida entre ambas partes así como la optimización en la gestión diaria.

• Grado en Relaciones Laborales, Derecho o similar.
• Experiencia, mínima de 5 años en puesto generalista de RRHH o 3 años en puesto similar, con personal a su cargo.
