What will your mission be?

Your mission will be to lead the growth and consolidation of the business project, driving commercial expansion, product development, and the company's market positioning.

You will work alongside the technical team and project partners to turn a solid technology base into a scalable business.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Define and execute the company's growth strategy.

• Drive business development and entry into new markets.

• Work with the technical team on product evolution and positioning.

• Lead and develop the company team.

• Build relationships with strategic clients, partners, and the technology ecosystem.

• Identify funding and business growth opportunities.

Who are we?

BATEA has joined forces with BerriUp, the best private accelerator in Spain according to the annual Funcas report, to identify profiles who want to lead technology projects with high growth potential.

On this occasion, we are looking for someone to take on the leadership of a technology company that already has its own developed technology, a product on the market, and active clients.

The company is in a growth and consolidation phase, with clear opportunities for expansion into new markets and the development of new technology applications.

We are looking for someone with strategic vision and an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to lead the company's next stage of development.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Tu misión será liderar el crecimiento y la consolidación del proyecto empresarial, impulsando la expansión comercial, el desarrollo de producto y el posicionamiento de la compañía en el mercado.

Trabajarás junto al equipo técnico y a los socios del proyecto para convertir una base tecnológica sólida en un negocio escalable.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

• Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de crecimiento de la compañía.

• Impulsar el desarrollo de negocio y la apertura de nuevos mercados.

• Trabajar junto al equipo técnico en la evolución del producto y su posicionamiento.

• Liderar y desarrollar el equipo de la compañía.

• Establecer relaciones con clientes estratégicos, partners y ecosistema tecnológico.

• Identificar oportunidades de financiación y crecimiento empresarial.

• Representar la compañía en el ecosistema tecnológico y empresarial.
