The role
We are looking for a Senior Software Architect to join the European EDF EYE project. Your mission will be to lead the technical design and evolution of high-performance backend architectures for next-generation defense systems. You will work in an environment of high technical complexity, ensuring the scalability, resilience, and security of critical solutions.
What you'll do
- Design of modular backend architectures using Java and Python.
- Implementation of systems based on Microservices and event-driven architectures (EDA) with Kafka/RabbitMQ.
- Definition of RESTful APIs and communication standards between complex systems.
- Guaranteeing observability, security, and data encryption in critical environments.
- Lead the deployment strategy on Kubernetes and Docker.
