What we're looking for

The role

We are looking to recruit a Platform Installation Documentation Design Engineer to participate in complex embedded systems integration programs within the naval and defense sector. The selected person will be part of high-complexity international technological projects, collaborating in the definition, preparation, and maintenance of the technical documentation necessary for the correct physical and functional installation and integration of equipment and systems onboard.

What you'll do

Prepare and review functional block diagrams (BD).
Design and develop wiring diagrams (CBD).
Prepare, update, and maintain equipment lists (CSEL).
Develop installation reports (ICD).
Prepare interconnection sheets (CIID).
Design military connector solutions.
Prepare and maintain bills of materials associated with the various systems.
Develop and maintain 3D installation and integration models.
Review and validate technical integration documentation.
Analyze technical requirements and ensure their correct implementation in the installation documentation.
Guarantee technical consistency between drawings, diagrams, bills of materials, and 3D models.
Coordinate with integration, systems, communications, and naval architecture teams.
Participate in technical and documentary reviews during the various phases of the project.
Ensure compliance with program requirements and applicable regulations.
Contribute to the correct physical and functional integration of embedded systems on the platform.
