Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 5 years in data analysis, BI, reporting, PMO, or project control.
Experience defining indicators based on business or management needs.
Solid proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Excel, and Power Query.
Knowledge of data modeling and data quality.
Familiarity with project management concepts: planning, milestones, budget, actual costs, forecasts, and risks.
English that allows you to participate in meetings and explain analyses and proposals.
Autonomy to work with incomplete information and to communicate with both technical and business profiles.

Nice to have

We value knowledge of SQL, Power Automate, ERP/SAP, and planning tools, as well as experience in industrial, engineering, or multi-project environments.

What you'll do

Analyze available information sources, their quality, and the monitoring needs of project managers.
Define common and specific KPIs for different project typologies, specifying their formula, origin, update frequency, and interpretation criteria.
Structure and clean data related to planning, milestones, costs, risks, and deliverables.
Develop operational and executive dashboards and reports, primarily using Power BI.
Identify deviations, trends, and early warning signs to help anticipate problems.
Propose improvements in data quality and reporting automation, collaborating with other teams when integrations are necessary.

How you'll work

Hybrid modality, with weekly attendance.
Expected start date in January 2027.
