Academic Background: University Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Engineering, or other degrees oriented towards organizational management.
Previous Experience: Between 2 and 4 years of experience in operations coordination, business support, project control, or internal analytical management.

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Operations and Business) to coordinate, monitor, and analyze operational and business information on a day-to-day basis. The person will work in direct contact with area managers, operations, and management, providing visibility into project performance, detecting inefficiencies, and helping daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll do

Organize, coordinate, and continuously monitor daily activity and the company's internal processes.
Analyze operational data (times, resources, project or service costs, and deviations) to facilitate decision-making.
Prepare and maintain dashboards, monitoring reports, and key indicators (operational and business KPIs).
Detect inefficiencies in work processes and propose practical and decisive improvements.
Manage operational incidents and ensure fluid communication between the different teams and area managers.
Support the coordination of resources and the control of the execution of ongoing projects.

How you'll work
