IT Process Consultant – Infrastructure and Operations

As an IT Process Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing the technological infrastructure and operation processes of our clients. Your main objective will be to define target operating models that allow for a significant increase in efficiency, quality, traceability, and the automation of key activities.

• Analysis and Diagnosis: Perform an exhaustive analysis of current processes (AS-IS model) to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for improvement.
• Process Design: Conceptualize and design target processes (TO-BE model) that are perfectly aligned with the client's business strategy and technological transformation, guaranteeing their scalability and adaptability.
• Improvement Methodologies: Apply and lead the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or process reengineering, to achieve operational excellence.
• Quantification of Benefits: Develop models to quantify expected operational benefits, including cost reduction, decrease in manual effort, increase in productivity, and improvement in customer satisfaction.
• Governance and Control: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), establish effective controls, and process governance points to ensure monitoring and compliance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with solution architects, infrastructure, operations, and development teams to ensure that redesign proposals are technically viable and integrate optimally into the existing technological ecosystem.
• Change Management: Support change management and the adoption of new processes by operational teams.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed process documentation, including diagrams, policies, procedures, and user guides.
