At BETWEEN Group, we are actively seeking a Quality Coordinator for Industrial Plant Projects with a solid track record and demonstrable experience to join our team in Seville.

As Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising and ensuring compliance with quality standards in all assigned industrial plant projects, with a particular focus on the inspection of mechanical and electrical equipment. Your role will be crucial to ensuring that projects are executed in accordance with technical specifications, regulations, and client expectations, maintaining fluid and effective communication with all parties involved.

• Coordination of Inspections: Direct and coordinate factory inspection tasks for mechanical (primarily) and electrical equipment, common in desalination and industrial plant projects. This includes, among others, pressure equipment, pumps, valves, piping, instrumentation and control (I&C), and flowmeters.
• Supplier Management: Act as the main liaison with equipment suppliers. Once the equipment is ready for review, coordinate inspection activities with the external inspection company and the client, ensuring efficient planning and the minimization of delays.
• Technical Supervision: Apply your technical knowledge of industrial plant and desalination equipment to perform exhaustive reviews, evaluate inspection reports, and issue reasoned judgments regarding equipment conformity.
• Quality Documentation: Ensure the correct preparation, review, and filing of all documentation related to quality and inspections (certificates, reports, quality assurance plans, etc.).
• Non-Conformity Control: Identify, record, and manage non-conformities that may arise during the manufacturing and inspection process, proposing and supervising the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Communication and Reporting: Maintain constant and effective communication with the project team, internal departments, suppliers, and clients, providing periodic reports on the status of inspections and equipment quality.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all inspection activities and equipment comply with applicable technical and safety regulations, as well as specific project requirements.
