We are currently looking for a Customer Insights Survey Analyst (Qualtrics) to join an international project, where you will participate in the comprehensive management of customer experience surveys and collaborate with different stakeholders to convert results into improvement actions.

What you'll do

  • Define, together with clients, the questionnaires and survey objectives.
  • Schedule and configure surveys using Qualtrics.
  • Perform follow-up on survey projects to ensure their correct execution.
  • Provide support in the analysis of results and collaborate in the definition of action plans.
  • Participate in other survey projects using tools such as Smartsheet and ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

How you'll work

  • You will have flexible working hours
  • You will work in a hybrid format (2-3 days of on-site presence per week)
  • You will receive initial training in Qualtrics if you do not yet master the tool (one week of training).
  • You will work in an international and collaborative environment.
