• Analyze large volumes of data from customer incidents and industrial machinery production environments.
• Develop and optimize analytics solutions using Databricks, SQL, and Python.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and failure patterns to improve product quality and reliability.
• Investigate complex incidents reported by customers using data analysis techniques and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and R&D teams to determine root causes and define corrective actions.
• Perform technical analyses on equipment and physical components when necessary to validate hypotheses and reproduce incidents.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes.
• Design dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor product performance and detect potential quality risks.
• Document results, conclusions, and technical recommendations for different stakeholders.
