Junior Process and Industrialization Engineer

• Industrial engineering or similar.
• Experience of at least 1 year within industrialization projects and/or process improvement.
• Experience in layout design, logistical flows, and production flows.
• Experience in industrial design programs: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing methodology.
• A medium-high level of English is valued, as they will work in a professional environment.

We are looking for a Junior Engineer with experience in industrialization projects and process improvement, to expand one of our teams in the province of Córdoba.

• Analyze, design, and implement new industrialization projects, collaborating with different departments to optimize workflows, cycle times, and quality.
• Analyze existing industrial processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Implement process improvements based on continuous improvement methodologies, with the aim of increasing efficiency and quality and reducing costs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement technological solutions that respond to customer needs.
• Perform feasibility studies and cost analyses for process improvement projects.
• Supervise the implementation of proposed improvements, ensuring their correct execution and evaluation of results.
• Lead continuous improvement projects by applying Lean tools (VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Poka-Yoke, Kanban, etc.).
• Develop standard process documentation (5s STD, work instructions, etc.).

• 100% on-site model in the province of Córdoba.
• Schedule from 7:00 to 15:00, Mon-Fri.
