Currently, we are selecting a Salesforce & Marketing Cloud Technician / Salesforce Technical Analyst to join a stable project within a leading company, participating in the technological evolution of its Salesforce ecosystem and acting as a link between business and technical teams.

What you'll do

🚀 Analyze functional requirements coming from business and marketing.

🤝 Collaborate with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud teams to define viable technical solutions.

🔄 Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

📋 Participate in the definition, refinement, and prioritization of the technological backlog.

🧩 Coordinate evolutions, integrations, and initiatives on the Salesforce platform.

🔌 Participate in the design and monitoring of integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.

👥 Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users.

⚠️ Identify risks, dependencies, and technical impacts of initiatives.

✅ Promote development, governance, and quality best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
