BETWEEN Group is looking for a Civil Engineering Manager Oil&Gas/Waste Treatment to expand one of our teams in Madrid.

• Assume technical and discipline management responsibility, reporting functionally to the Project Manager or Project Engineer and technically to the Head of Department.
• Participate in the constitution of the work team, organize and distribute tasks among specialists and designers, and supervise compliance with project procedures.
• Ensure hour consumption, deadlines, performance, technical quality, and the adequacy of solutions to contractual, legal, and technical requirements.
• Responsible for the coordination, review, and approval of Civil Works technical documentation, ensuring its quality, multidisciplinary coordination, and correct document control until the project closure.
• Coordinate the Civil, Structures, and Architecture discipline with the rest of the project accounts/specialties, identifying interfaces, dependencies, information needs, and schedule/cost/quality risks.
• Collaborate, when required, on bids, contractual negotiation, definition of the Project Quality Plan, and preparation of technical criteria for the discipline.
• Supervise and coordinate the preparation of Civil Works and Architecture measurements, as well as quantity estimates not reflected in drawings, to allow for adequate cost control and economic monitoring of the project execution.
• Provide technical support to the Site Manager and the construction team regarding specialty inquiries, site visits, interface resolution, and preparation of as-built documentation.
