What we're looking for

A degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
Advanced level of English, with the ability to participate and collaborate in global projects and interact with Human Resources teams and areas across different countries.
SAP Business Data Cloud, including knowledge of its architecture and administration.
SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP HANA, and Microsoft Power BI.
SAP SuccessFactors, Intelligent Applications, and Data Products.
SQL, APIs, connectors, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.
Integration between SAP and non-SAP systems.
Data quality, security, and governance.

Nice to have

Python, applied to data processing and transformation, automation, and analytics.
R, applied to data analysis and advanced analytics.
Knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
Experience in projects related to data, analytics, and Human Resources processes.

We are looking to add a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to our Human Capital Solutions Software Engineering team, with a solid technological foundation, communication skills, and a business orientation.

What you'll do

Participate in the architecture, administration, and evolution of SAP Business Data Cloud.
Design data models and solutions in SAP Datasphere and work with SAP HANA.
Design, develop, and evolve Data Products for different Human Resources needs.
Create analytical solutions, reports, and dashboards with Microsoft Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud.
Design connections and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems through APIs, connectors, and ETL/ELT processes.
Integrate and exploit information coming from SAP SuccessFactors and other Human Resources applications.
Know and analyze SAP SuccessFactors Intelligent Applications, their Data Products, and their application possibilities.
Follow the evolution of Artificial Intelligence capabilities within the SAP ecosystem, identifying opportunities and use cases that generate value for Human Capital.
Contribute to data quality, security, and governance, as well as the maintenance and evolution of BI solutions.
