• Specific training in Occupational Risk Prevention, with at least the specialty of Senior Technician in Occupational Safety.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar functions within a construction company or an External Prevention Service.
• Knowledge of current regulations in Occupational Risk Prevention, Quality, and Environment.
• Proficiency in IT tools, especially Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• High level of Spanish, both oral and written.
• Organized, responsible, decisive, and proactive person, with planning capacity, autonomy, communication skills, and a focus on teamwork.
• Residence in Madrid or surrounding areas

We are looking for an OHS Senior Technician to expand one of our teams in Madrid.

• Manage Occupational Risk Prevention documentation, including risk assessments, health and safety plans, annexes… documentary monitoring of construction sites and coordination of business activities (CAE).
• Knowledge in the use of CAE Control platforms (Nalanda-Obralia, CTAIMA/Twind…)
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), collaborating in the areas of Quality, Environment, and Prevention for both the construction site and the company in general.
• Monitor the actions derived from the External Prevention Service (SPA), ensuring compliance with preventive measures.
• Supervise compliance with OHS, Quality, and Environmental regulations on-site, performing monitoring records and proposing improvement actions and implementing them alongside the site team.
• Organize and provide internal training and awareness campaigns regarding prevention, quality, and environment on-site.
• Prepare reports, indicators, and technical documentation related to management systems.
• Participate in internal and external audits, collaborating in the implementation of corrective and improvement actions.
• Review budgets and monitor costs associated with OHS, Quality, and Environment. Providing support to the Site Manager.
• Collaborate with site teams, technical offices, and internal departments to ensure compliance with established standards.
