Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience in on-site IT / Workplace / Helpdesk support.
Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft environments.
Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs.
Experience working with ticketing tools.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
Basic/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps.
Knowledge of Power Automate.
Ability to diagnose and resolve user incidents autonomously.
Strong communication skills and a user-oriented approach.

Nice to have

Will be valued

Knowledge of Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID.
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and device management.
Experience working with SharePoint Online.
Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, etc.
Experience creating Canvas apps in Power Apps.
Experience automating administrative processes using Power Automate.

We are looking for a Windows workplace Technician profile to expand one of our teams.

What you'll do

Preparation, installation, and commissioning of PCs.
Configuration of equipment and user profiles.
Installation and configuration of corporate software.
Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software issues.
On-site user support.
Management, tracking, and closure of tickets.
Basic configuration and support of peripherals: monitors, printers, docking stations, USB devices, etc.
Basic management of users, permissions, and access.
Support for the Microsoft 365 environment: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office, etc.
Documentation of recurring incidents and support procedures.
Power Platform / Automation
Creation and maintenance of simple applications with Power Apps.
Creation of basic automations using Power Automate.
Digitization of small manual processes.
Creation of forms, approval flows, notifications, and simple automations.
Basic integration with tools from the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
