IT Workplace & Helpdesk Support Specialist

We are looking to hire an IT Workplace & Helpdesk Support Specialist, a key figure to ensure that our professionals have the necessary technological tools to carry out their work efficiently, offering quality technical support and ensuring an excellent employee experience.

• Manage the lifecycle of IT equipment (laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices) during onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer and provide support for the Microsoft 365 corporate environment, Entra ID, licenses, and user permissions.
• Configure, maintain, and resolve incidents related to Microsoft Teams Rooms videoconferencing rooms and audiovisual equipment.
• Attend to, manage, and document Level 1 and Level 2 support incidents through corporate ticketing tools, guaranteeing fast and quality service.

• Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years in Helpdesk, Technical Support, or Workplace Management positions.
• Solid knowledge in device deployment and administration using MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune or Jamf.
• Experience in basic network configuration, Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as the application of security policies.
• User-oriented person, with empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills to convey technological solutions to non-technical profiles.
• Previous experience in international corporate environments and IT support methodologies is valued.
