Requirements
What we're looking for
- Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or similar.
- At least 2 years of experience in positions related to quality engineering, reliability, validation, testing, or product engineering.
- Experience in the design and execution of test and validation plans for products or systems.
- Knowledge of failure analysis, troubleshooting, and technical problem solving.
- Ability to define and document tests, procedures, and validation results.
- Experience using incident management / defect tracking tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different engineering teams.
- Good level of English, both oral and written, to work in an international environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in reliability engineering or Design for Reliability (DfR).
- Experience in the validation of mechanical systems, mechatronic systems, or industrial products.
- Knowledge of failure analysis methodologies.
- Experience in product development environments.
- Knowledge of 3D printing or printing technologies.
- Experience with defect analysis and tracking tools.

You will work in an environment of development and validation of industrial 3D printing machinery, participating in testing, reliability, and quality activities during the product development cycle.
What you'll do
- We are looking for a Quality and Reliability Engineer to participate in the validation of 3D printer systems and subsystems.
- Define, together with internal teams, the test assemblies and setups necessary to emulate specific subsystems of a 3D printer and validate their reliability.
- Develop and execute validation plans, methodologies, and processes, ensuring system integration according to reliability specifications.
- Define and document tests and procedures to evaluate product behavior and performance in terms of reliability.
- Create test plans and schedules, balancing execution times and the confidence level of the data obtained.
- Document and report the results of the tests performed to the corresponding engineering communities.
- Record quality issues detected during testing in defect tracking systems.
- Follow up on incidents together with the engineering teams to understand their cause and facilitate their resolution.
- Collaborate in the analysis of systems and components to determine the root or potential causes of failures.
- Participate in Design for Reliability (DfR) reviews during the different development phases of subsystems and products.
- Work in close collaboration with different engineering teams within an international environment.
