About the role

• Management of the new SAP HR system - HR Global.

• Processing of time management via SAP for: Clockings; Absences/presence; Overtime/excess hours; Schedule changes; Shift changes; Split shift reductions; 4th and 5th shift replacements.

• Management in the payroll area via SAP of Advances and loans; Suggestions; IRPF deduction on suggestions; Seizure of salaries and wages.

• Procedures for administration in Europe: Personnel management related to hires; terminations; organizational changes; certificates; etc…;

• Management of new hires for the production area.

• Support in monitoring and controlling "Competence Management" and the training plan.

• Support in the promotion process.

• Preparation of data for annual interviews with employees (MAG).

• Support in managing employee training.

• Planning of intern demand and coordination of hiring.

• Support in daily department tasks; e.g., customer service; creation of        contracts; general administrative management; document archiving etc.

• Management of International Documentation in Social Security.

• Processing of A1 permits for internal employees.
