ACCIONA, in its Industrial Business line, needs to incorporate a student into the Human Resources department at its offices in Madrid.

What you'll do

Functions and responsibilities

Selection: assist in candidate screening, organization of interviews, conducting telephone interviews, participating in Job Fairs, and supporting the onboarding of new employees.
Training and Development: provide support in administrative tasks for the management of the annual training plan as well as in the different development programs.
Payroll: provide support to the Human Resources team in the management of payroll instructions according to the calendar.
Engagement activities: participate in the organization of activities aligned with the Human Resources, People strategy.
Labor Relations: provide support in coordination with the administration and labor relations departments, completing documentation for the hiring of employees.
Human Resources Processes: provide administrative support to the Human Resources department to ensure the correct follow-up and execution of the 3 annual processes: performance evaluation, talent review, and salary review.
Immigration: coordination between employees and the Immigration Department to guarantee the correct collection of documentation to allow for the application of the corresponding work permits in a timely and proper manner.
Workday: process all tasks in the Human Resources ERP System to keep it updated.
