What do we do?
Bip Technology Consulting is responsible for helping our clients define, plan, and execute their digital transformation plans, identifying and implementing the technologies aligned with their business strategy that maximize their return on investment. Through our services, we help our clients make technology the lever for business transformation and help them solve their most important challenges related to Information Technology (IT). We help them redesign their operating models, streamline and automate their processes and operations, plan, govern, and manage their information systems, plan and accompany them on their journey to the cloud, and manage their technology providers (HW and SW), etc.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for professionals with experience in IT consulting in some of the areas related to strategy and IT governance listed below.

• IT function assessment
• Definition of IT strategy and Systems Plans
• Process improvement and IT organization
• Performance Management (IT Portfolio Management, Dashboards and Reporting, Cost Analytics, IT...)
• Definition and implementation of the IT Services catalog
• Vendor and IT services management
• Management of technology transformation programs

What do we require?

• Degree in STEM fields (Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, etc.) or Business Administration and Management, with demonstrable experience in IT consulting between 2 and 7 years.
• Analytical skills, structuring, and synthesis.
• High level of English.

• Dual degrees with a STEM career, as well as Master's and/or Postgraduate education.
• Holding certifications such as ITIL, SCRUM, PMP,...
• Ability and experience in team management.
• Ability and experience in promotion and sales activities.
• Management skills and direct client interaction.
• Knowledge of tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, ServiceNow, SAP, and/or Jira.
• Knowledge of other languages.

A través de nuestros servicios conseguimos ayudar a nuestros clientes a que la tecnología sea la palanca de transformación del negocio y conseguimos ayudarle a resolver sus retos más importantes relacionados con las tecnologías de la información (IT). Les ayudamos a rediseñar sus modelos operativos, a eficientar y automatizar sus procesos y operaciones, a planificar, gobernar y gestionar sus sistemas de información, a planificar y acompañar en el viaje a la nube, a gestionar sus proveedores de tecnología (Hw y Sw), etc.

¿Qué buscamos?
Buscamos profesionales con experiencia en consultoría IT en algunos de los ámbitos relacionados con la estrategia y gobierno de la tecnología que se indican a continuación.

• Diagnóstico de la función IT
• Definición de la estrategia IT y Planes de Sistemas
• Mejora de Procesos y organización IT
• Performance Management (Gestión del Portfolio de Inversiones IT, Cuadros de Mando y Reporting, Analítica de Costes IT,...)
• Definición e implantación del catálogo de Servicios IT
• Gestión de Proveedores y servicios IT
• Gestión de programas de transformación tecnológica

¿Qué requerimos?

• Graduado/a en titulaciones STEM (Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Industrial, Matemáticas, Física, Química, etc.) o ADE con experiencia demostrable en consultoría tecnológica entre 2 y 7 años.
• Capacidades analíticas, de estructuración y síntesis
• Nivel alto de inglés.

• Dobles titulaciones con alguna carrera STEM así como la formación de Máster y/o Postgrado.
• Disponer de certificaciones como ITIL, SCRUM, PMP,...
• Capacidad y experiencia en la gestión de equipos.
• Capacidad y experiencia en actividades de promoción y venta.
• Capacidad de gestión e interlocución directa con clientes.
• Conocimiento de herramientas como Power BI, Sharepoint, ServiceNow, SAP y/o Jira.
• Conocimiento de otros idiomas.
