The role

•Support in the selection processes for interns and junior profiles.

•Publication and updating of internship offers on university, business school, and employment platforms.

•Review and screening of candidate resumes.

•Contact with candidates and conducting initial interviews.

•Coordination and follow-up of interviews with the managers of the different departments.

•Management of the necessary documentation for the onboarding of interns.

•Contact and coordination with universities and educational centers for the management of educational cooperation agreements.

•Support in the onboarding and welcome process for new interns.

•Updating of databases, records, and indicators related to selection.

•Collaboration in training activities, internal communication, development, diversity, and inclusion, and other projects of the Human Resources department.

•Support in administrative tasks specific to the area.

How you'll work

Possibility to commute to Aranjuez daily to carry out the internship.

Requirements

•Business Administration, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Law, Psychology, etc.

•B2 level of English.

•Good knowledge of MS Office.

•Detail-oriented and organized person with a willingness to work.

•Good communication skills.
