The role
At TD SYNNEX, we are looking for a Master's student in Occupational Risk Prevention to join our Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (QEHS) team through an internship agreement, ideally on a full-time basis.
The selected person will provide support to the QEHS team at a national level, participating in projects related to occupational health and safety, environment, and management systems. What you'll do
- Provide support in the management of activities related to Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, and Environment.
- Collaborate in the identification and assessment of occupational risks in facilities and workstations.
- Participate in the investigation and monitoring of incidents and accidents.
- Support the organization and monitoring of mandatory OHS training.
- Collaborate in awareness campaigns and the promotion of a preventive culture.
- Provide support in document management and the updating of procedures and work instructions.
- Participate in the monitoring of Safety, Quality, and Environment indicators (KPIs).
- Support internal and external audits, as well as the maintenance of ISO certifications (9001, 14001, and 45001).
- Collaborate in the planning of drills and preventive and corrective actions.
- Work jointly with different departments to ensure compliance with corporate and legal standards.

La persona seleccionada dará soporte al equipo QEHS a nivel nacional, participando en proyectos relacionados con seguridad y salud laboral, medio ambiente y sistemas de gestión. What you'll do
- Dar soporte en la gestión de actividades relacionadas con Seguridad y Salud Laboral, Calidad y Medio Ambiente.
- Colaborar en la identificación y evaluación de riesgos laborales en instalaciones y puestos de trabajo.
- Participar en la investigación y seguimiento de incidentes y accidentes.
- Apoyar en la organización y seguimiento de formaciones obligatorias en PRL.
- Colaborar en campañas de concienciación y promoción de la cultura preventiva.
- Dar soporte en la gestión documental y actualización de procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo.
- Participar en el seguimiento de indicadores (KPIs) de Seguridad, Calidad y Medio Ambiente.
- Apoyar en auditorías internas y externas, así como en el mantenimiento de certificaciones ISO (9001, 14001 y 45001).
- Colaborar en la planificación de simulacros y acciones preventivas y correctivas.
- Trabajar conjuntamente con distintos departamentos para garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares corporativos y legales.
