• ESG and sustainability regulations (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, EU Taxonomy).

• Non-financial reporting and impact analysis.

• Visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, advanced Excel).

• Advanced SQL and database administration.

• Data architectures: Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Mesh.

• Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).

• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.

• Effective communication with technical teams.

• Upper-intermediate English level (reading and writing)

• Desirable experience in the financial sector.

• Definition and implementation of ESG policies:

• Develop and integrate sustainability policies into business processes.

• Ensure alignment with international standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD).

• Reporting and regulatory compliance:

• Prepare ESG reports for regulators, investors, and stakeholders.

• Guarantee compliance with European (EU Taxonomy, CSRD) and local regulations.

• Risk and opportunity management:

• Identify environmental, social, and governance risks.

• Propose initiatives to improve energy efficiency, diversity, and social impact.

• Interaction with key areas:

• Collaborate with finance, risk, audit, and technology to integrate ESG metrics.

• Participate in digital transformation projects oriented towards sustainability.

• Monitoring and continuous improvement:

• Define ESG KPIs and monitor their evolution.

• Promote a sustainable culture within the organization

• Development and maintenance of ETL processes:

• Design, implementation, and optimization of data loading and transformation flows.

• Guarantee the quality, traceability, and consistency of information.

• Data management and exploitation:

• Administration of data architectures (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Fabric).

• Integration and normalization of data from multiple sources.

• Optimization and control:

• Improve reporting processes and data automation.

• Define KPIs for monitoring compliance and efficiency.

• Process definition and optimization:
